The in-gym version of Stronger by the Day focuses on muscle building and strength improvement. The program revolves around progressions on four main lifts: squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press. Complemented by a rotating selection of accessory lifts from our extensive library of over 400 movements, you will be able to lift more weight, build more muscle, and enjoy your training to the fullest alongside thousands of other lifters who are on the same journey.
While most at-home training programs rely on gimmicky exercise combinations that leave you out of breath, Stronger by the Day takes a different approach. Our bodyweight program is just as purposeful as our in-gym training and adopts a progression-based methodology for building strength. We assist you in utilizing bodyweight exercises and simple equipment like bands to continue making progress even without access to barbells or machines.
The Stronger by the Day App includes several features that simplify the process of getting stronger:

- Suggested weights for each main lift based on previous training sessions, along with recent performance references for all accessory exercises
